Clearly, we’re allowed to still use the rinks man lol. When 40+ people are all on the same sheet of ice, it becomes a problem and becomes an “outdoor gathering” which is not allowed right now.
They were asked to shut er down, and he could have done just that and called it a day and probably would not have even received a ticket if he had complied
