Why is this still a conversation. This isn't hard. The spirit of the legislation is to limit physical interaction to prevent the spread of COVID19 - full stop.
Sure, we could read the legislation and try to find loopholes or challenge the wisdom of 10 vs 11 or question why schools are open but ODR's are limited to 10 people (if you can't figure out the different, you're part of the problem), but I think you are missing the point.
If you go to the ODR and there is more than 10 people and/or there are people playing an organized game of hockey, you are breaking the law and you run the risk or being ticketed or arrested.
For 32 minutes of the 36 minute video, police tried to convince that jackass to get off the ice. Someone above mentioned they were doing what CPS does -bully people. JFC man, get a grip. They don't have the option to walk away. WTF do you expect to happen. How long do they "negotiate" with this jackass. It's 2 days later and he's still posting about his rights as a human - you expect police to hangout indefinitely?
