I witnessed this incident from the time bylaw called police to the conclusion (more or less) of his arrest. This clown + his friends should be ashamed of their behaviour and the way they are trying to frame it now. That entire situation was destined to end the way it did from the second bylaw arrived with how dismissive and ignorant their behaviour was. It was a completely unwinnable situation for bylaw/CPS and the fact that they are trying to frame it now like that mouthpiece is a victim here is 100% laughable.
