That being said, if you don't like juniper or the vague piney taste, just don't bother with it.
This 100% . Gross. Smells fine but yuck. Prohibition style gin recipes are a bit better still tastes likena christmas tree but the were really sweet as that time it was a drink ladies rather had. In the Pacific nw we had a mini gin boom not that long ago when bars would stock gin over whiskey and scotch. Cold dark days.
