Holy crap. THIS!
There is almost no thinking time any longer. I never thought of it, but sometimes going from on piece of work or meeting was valuable time where you just got time to think.
That’s gone now to the point where one meeting blends right in to the next. Nothing in between at times with no chance to recharge or even prepare.
