I think Sony is actually doing the right thing here. The game just doesn't run on OG PS4, OG XBox One, or OG One S, and that's the biggest install base out their.
It works okay on PS4 Pro, One X, and Series X/S but those have a fraction of the install base of the other three systems and the problem is that it's being sold and marketed to the people on those older systems.
Sony has a ####ty refund system for sure, and the silver lining in all this is that it was exposed, but I actually think pulling the game is the right move.
Especially considering it's the holiday season and people who are less informed are the ones potentially out buying this stuff right now.

I understand that. I just think there was probably some fairly easy way to only make it available to people accessing the store via their PS5. Instead Sony just said "#### it."
Thinking of it more, next-gen owners can still buy the physical copy, so it's not the end of the world, it's just silly to me.
