Obviously the key for Buffalo was bringing in Malkin to center Pastrnak and Pacioretty on the 1st line. Pastrnak and Pacioretty are already the top two points producers in the league. Adding Malkin should, in theory, make them even better. God I hope this works.
I hated giving up young talent in this deal but that's the cost to land a 78OV C.
