Hey guys, I've spent the last couple of months helping to put together a new podcast project with a buddy of mine. It initially started out as a small side project but I'm pleased to say that's it grown a lot to the point where I really want to share it with you guys.
My co-host Noah is a huge fan of the Flames' "Blasty" jersey so we found it fitting to call the show "The Blasty Cast." We spent our first two episodes discussing hockey jerseys, including a ranking of the Reverse Retro line. They were a lot of fun and I'll post the links down below.
But the ones that I'm really excited about are our episodes featuring guests. We've had the great fortune to speak with Rico Fata, Craig Conroy, and Kelly Hrudey thus far on the show and our next episode will feature the one and only Flame to score a series-winning goal against Edmonton, Perry Berezan. We're working on getting some more guests on the show, too — Peter Hanlon has been extremely helpful in this regard.
I'm really excited about how the show is progressing and we're working hard on bringing new episodes to the table on a regular basis. I wanted to wait until we had a decent library before I posted the show here and hopefully you'll be able to find an episode that you're interested in listening to! Also, if there's anyone who you really want to hear from on our show, please let me know — I'll see if I can make it happen.
The show is available on SoundCloud, Apple, Spotify, and Google. Just look up "The Blasty Cast." Here are some links to episodes on SoundCloud.
