There is a Georgia video showing the poll watchers leaving the counting room, then a suitcase being pulled out from under a table, and counting continuing.
I believe the explanation is that they weren’t counting ballots just setting them up to be counted, the suitcase is a normal ballot box and a miscommunication occurred telling the observers that ballot opening was done for the day or something like that. I don’t believe this was presented in court just to the Georgia legislature.
In Michigan there was one district that reported trump votes for Biden and house votes wrong due to software disagreements. This was caught as part of the election process. An audit that is currently sealed in Michigan around the machines will be released shortly.
There are a lot of 01/01/1900 birthdates in voter databases which leads people to believe the dead are voting. This is an artifact of how they long people in or something like that
In Pennsylvania there is the argument that the constitutional change required for the mail in voting legislation that was passed was never done so is unconstitutional and that the week after lection day for post marking ballots was not made by the legislature and therefore unconstitutional. (Republicans would likely win this one if it were a meaningful amount of votes)
Also there are thousands of affidavits of “irregularities” which are usually something I didn’t understand seemed wired or there was no way that many votes could have been for Biden.
So one can see that the worst outcome in a lot of these cases is that there is an opportunity for fraud to occur. But if you start to read newsmax it is presented as if it’s verified demonstration of fraud.
