The Ocean dub's Goku.

He was one of the main players with the Ocean group when they were doing a lot of the dubs on shows that would help kick off Cartoon Network's Toonami block in the early 2000s. Kirby's soft voice was pretty easy to identify and lent it self well to the more quiet, introspective characters like Trowa in Gundam Wing, Van in Escaflowne or Miroku in Inuyasha. If you grew up a geek in that era you'd know his voice the moment you heard it again.
