yes, I have not had any issues in the colder weather. I had one camera installed just above my garage and it worked perfectly, especially since it was plugged into an outlet for power.
The only thing that might be affected during the colder weather, is that the battery would drain faster in colder weather, but using the included power adapter would resolve that.
