WB reiterates that they have no plans to stream their films anywhere in the world except the USA.
Very shortsighted. They must not like maximizing their profits. If they're worried about movies not doing well outside of the USA then they should make better movies. If it's going to fail in the rest of the world it's going to fail in the USA too.
