The Sylvania bulbs I have dim so low they are basically off.

Sorry, didn't see standard bulb. These are the small cone shaped 2 prong ones in a pot light. Not sure if that makes any difference or not.

Regardless, I'm sure Sylvania is a good option. Their bulbs are fantastic.
