Agreed, good read.My takeaways that this will be a jersey used twice a year and it's something of a trial balloon for the Flames and everyone else to generate some buzz. But these jerseys will be gone in 2 seasons being worn a handful of times. It won't go for 7 seasons and be the primary jersey at any point, which was the big issue I had with Blasty. The jersey situations with all leagues are now are changing over the way it used to be, and limited runs for designs are doable, as much as the market will bear them. NBA teams have 4 or 5 jerseys, and some of those 4 or 5 last one season.

I would think the next new third jersey will have Blasty but be a bit more ambitious in design. But that's something to be worn 10 to 15 times a year. Dark grey but to keep a black C, have it outlined in white?Blasty on the shoulders or maybe that logo is sublimated into the jersey itself? All sorts of options.

As mentioned, there will either a third jersey program from Adidas or another specialty program in the upcoming years, similar to this program.

My guess for the Flames jersey plan:
20/21
Red retro home
White retro Away
Black C Flag jersey Third
Blasty RR

21/22
Same as above

22/23
Home and away stay the same
New third jersey to replace the old Black C. Likely dark. Dark grey with Black C and Blasty on it? Maybe the 2004 to 07 jersey simply, but hope they may push the design a bit more.
No more Blasty, A new Adidas program theme.

24/25 as Flames go into new arena
New design home and away. Red and white, no black.
Retro red kept as retro
3rd (dark/dark grey) carried over
2nd season using a jersey for handful of games of new Adidas program

25/26
Etc
