I try to support bookshops whenever I can (even if it's just Chapters) Sure, Amazon is quick and easy and I've bought quite a bit from them in the past but this year I've been purposely trying to avoid them. As a book nerd, I'm already saddened by the continual loss of bookshops. Browsing books is one of my favourite things in the world to do so I do my part in trying to make sure that experience doesn't disappear completely, particularly in the current situation. Luckily for them, I have an inability to not enter a bookshop when I pass and a second inability to leave emptyhanded.

Shoutouts to Owl's Nest Books in Britannia for new books and Fair's Fair if second hand books are your thing. They have huge locations in Inglewood and across from the Chinook train station.
