But it seems to indicate that the Borg transwarp technology was achieved by using transwarp coils to create stable Conduits through space time. They merely had to enter the Transwarp conduit and it boosted them to fantastic speeds. I didn't see anywhere, where they used normal warp technology or dilithium.



Of course, SuperJaneway destroyed the Transwarp hub collapsing their network so its possible that the Borg went back to normal warp travel, which needed the crystals to regulate the Warp reaction.

I figure they'll just say that the Borg used dilithium. It's never been specific. I have a feeling they need to get rid of them as they're simply too powerful of an enemy.
