I'm a bit surprised at the affection for the snot-horse and a return to Young Guns era threads (which the horse really represents). Didn't care for it when it was released, and then it only got worse when years of failure were associated with it. I feel like there's some kind of hipster-ironic thing going on with all the enthusiasm for Blasty. Hopefully they've seriously re-worked the logo's colour-scheme at least (which looks likely).
For my money, I think I still like BigDogg's white-C pedestal design back on post 244.
Still, I like the idea of having the retro/original uniforms full time, with a 3rd jersey that mixes it up every few years, and the occasional special-event jersey that would appeal to collectors. Keeps things fun, plus there's not much point in buying multiple jerseys of the same design.
Curious to see where this goes, and hoping for a serious re-working of the horse's colours at least.
