I agree with you on the home and away uniforms. Those never should have changed. I also agree that the third should be a nice jersey that gets changed out every 4-5 years or so.
Having said that, I absolutely love the idea of wacky 4th jerseys that only get used 1-2 games/year. Take some risks. Do something kooky like Blasty or a yellow jersey. They won’t all be winners but who cares? It’s all for fun and if you only wear them once or twice it’s a lot easier to stomach an ugly jersey.
