I kind of irrationally want both of them to retire Flames, regardless of how poor it would be in terms of asset management.
Long careers on one team are so rare these days. But teams with that sort of continuity earn respect.
As far as I know, I don't think any of the Canadian teams have players that have been with their organization as long as Gio has. Price comes close. Backlund might be next?
