So the waiting room was broken - there was a work around.
You had to do a search for the PS5 (
https://shop.shoppersdrugmart.ca/search?text=PS5)
Then add it to your favorites
Then go into your favorites, hover over the PS5, and click "Add to Bag"
From there I was able to successfully complete it. They charged my card and sent the confirmation email so I think I'm good to go!
