If those numbers do correlate to the year the jersey debuted, it has to be ol' blasty.
If it's just that the jersey was used in that year, it seems to me like it would be a black pedestal jersey.
They have Tampa listed as '04 - and Tampa didn't debut a jersey in '04. They had the same jersey from '01-'07.
