Trump literally has a Governor from the State in question that alerted his campaign to "sharpie ballots," immediately after the election ended. Trump is literally suing anyone who moves around this election where there is a hint of impropriety, with the exception of Arizona and North Carolina. Not a single lawsuit launch by Democrats, progressives, or independents in this cycle so far.
