Hey all - Just an update; She went to Co-Op and after some discussion of what her short term goal was (a break from being sleep deprived) she settled on Verywell Yawn drops. These are working and allowing her to get some sleep and rest, which is great. She's also going to setup an appt with one of the Medicinal Marijuana clinics which were recommended. This will tide her over while she's waiting for her lab appointments/tests/etc. to determine the bigger picture of what's going on.
