These are great ideas. The main issue is that elections are run by states. There is no Elections Canada type body that governs elections. So as state legislatures changes, rules change.



Florida did it the best because the never want another 2000 debacle again. So they are allowed to count early. Maybe a good start would be for all currently Democrat controlled state legislatures to enact the Jeb Bush Election Law. I mean look at California. It takes them a month to count because nobody cares, they don't matter.
