That's changing the question. You are saying that people have ACA insurance and are presumably happy with it but are against Obamacare. The very vast majority of Americans have their medical insurance through their employer or Medicare if they're over 65. The ACA only really helps self-employed or part time workers making $20k-$40k or a little more if they have a big family.

Anyone making over $50k+ and not getting health care through their company was put in a slightly worse to much worse position from the ACA. Once Trump dismantled parts of it, the ACAs formulas were even worse for that population, and ironically made it even more attractive for the $20-40k range to the point that premiums are now negative $2000 in a lot of cases.
