Yeah that sounds about right. If the remaining votes match the existing share in each county exactly, Biden would gain 2,698 votes, putting him up about 900 votes. But Biden has generally outperformed his overall share with the mail-in votes, so it'd likely be higher. He'd need about 63% of the remaining votes to end up with a 2K lead.
