Second, there were about 8900 ballots sent out to military and others that hadn't been returned yet, but could legally still be returned by tomorrow. How many ultimately come back by then is obviously unknowable. Could be half, could be a couple hundred. I would think it would be closer to the latter than the former. But this alone would make it impossible for the networks to actually call Georgia for Biden tonight, even though it looks like Biden will get the lead there shortly.

Thanks. That's what I recall hearing too. It wasn't really clear to me if they were part of this...but at 99% now there would only be 24-28000 left so they must be? Or the media have the numbers wrong which wouldn't surprise me.
