EDIT: Based on the tweet above from Keefe, it might be that the most recent dump of votes from GA includes a portion of that 5726. So it would make sense if there were only 4400 left. But that still gives Biden the lead, and the outstanding votes in Gwinnett would only give him a bigger lead - possibly big enough to make a recount fairly academic (as it's unlikely to swing more than 1000 votes).
