Ballots tied up in an overly slow USPS system could result in small numbers of ballots that would ordinarily have been tallied, being disqualified.
Small numbers, but in Georgia, the 853 missing ballots could end up being a big deal.
Thank goodness it doesn't look like this is going to come down to Georgia. All hell might break loose.
