Georgia secretary of state is giving a press conference. Down to 47,277 ballots still outstanding that are with the counties.
Chatham - 17,157 - currently scanning
Clayton - 6026
Cobb - 700 - Just finishing
Floyd - 682 - No clear answer
Forsyth - ? I missed it, I thought it was 4,000 something but I could be wrong.
Fulton - 7305 - Continues to process, 1200 doing signature matching, 3900 provisionals. So that answers where those are - they're included in the total count of 47k.
Gwinnett - 4800 - 4400 absentee ballots to scan and report, they also had an issue with a corrupt memory card on one of the early voting scanners. They took the ballots and re-scanned them, that's 400 votes. Benefit of a paper backup.
Harris - ? I didn't hear the number.
Lawrence - 1797 - They did absentee ballot printing in house, and the ballots ended up being the wrong size, so it couldn't be scanned, so they're now duplicating ballots on the marking devices and tie the two together so there's a paper backup. There's 456 of those. They're about halfway through their process.
Taylor - 456
There are 17,000+ military and overseas ballots that have been accepted into counties. Those votes can come in late. There are 8,899 that haven't arrived but could arrive to be counted by tomorrow.
Hoping for clarity as soon as possible, but can't say when they'll be "done" because there are still ballots that might come in.
