I think there are some shenanigans involved as the numbers don't stack up. I think this is happening as I've been following the site all day. Supposedly 100% of precincts had reported and nothing new was expected. The vote was locked in 2.8M and nothing had moved. You have to appreciate that Arizona pre-counts and scans on the fly. But in the past hour they have managed to add 76K votes and increase voter turnout from 65.4 to 67.19. Again, that was with 100% precincts reporting. This is seeming a little sketchy, especially on the heels of Governor Ducey's and Representative Gozer's comments. Something does not smell right in the state of Arizona.
Have you looked at previous elections of how turnout projections changed over time to see if this is normal? Not sure if data would be available though

How do they determine the projected turnout with mail in ballots. I know they had to arrive by end of Election Day but would they be in the turnout number if they hadn’t been opened and processed?
