Not sure I get your point? Are you upset that he worked for the consultancy, or had no dealings with or knowledge of the situations, or that the question was asked?
I equate this question as asking a guy who manages a group of accountants working at Suncor, and then blaming them for climate change. Just an ignorant question, especially on the heels of his explanation of his role at the consultancy.
I strongly urge people to invest the hour and a half of your time to listen to what he has to say. This is someone who understands the system, how to change it, and the daunting task to do just that. This is one of the best interviews on the system and systemic change I think I've seen.
