I went with Kuznetsov
Kuznetsov was the youngest player in NCAA Division 1 hockey last season, 11 points (2g/9a) in 34 games at UConn as a 17-year-old. They play in Hockey East (tough division) as a relatively modest team. Second on the team in D points, and a massive jump in production from his USHL numbers (5 points in a lot more games).
His skating isn't a weakness, he's one of the best defensive players in the NCAA (from an article in the draft thread) as the youngest player. The massive leap in production combined with his defensive abilities while being young for the league gives him good upside and a high floor.
