Many of you are probably thinking Lindholm, but turns out it is the NHL Canuck making his way to Calgary. After a couple days full of trade talks, the Flames finally managed to finalize a deal for one of the best players in the league. We were close for deals on both McDavid and Eichel but after they were dealt for each other we focused in on Pettersson.

To the Flames:
Elias Pettersson
Jan Mysak

To the Wild:
Nico Hischier
Cole Perfetti
PITT 1 2022
The Goalie (Shesterkin)

This was a massive price but we feel we added one of the top 5 forwards in the entire league. He will be a core asset for years to home and will Center the top line with Chucky. Mysak is a wildcard but this is a deep draft so we will cross our fingers and hope he turns out. Thanks Grant for the fun trade talks, hopefully Cheese can make sure that pick is late in the round!
