I still think the Flames need to make a change with the forward core group. It may be difficult but I really don't think its a good idea to go in with basically the same group for 3 seasons when the first 2 years have showed very little results. Here are a few trade ideas that should work with salary cap and seem relatively fair to me (or at least I like them for the Flames):

To Calgary: Sanheim + Frost + 1st Round
To Philadelphia: Gaudreau + Kylington

To Calgary: William Nylander
To Toronto: Noah Hanifin

To Nashville: Derek Ryan
To Calgary: 5th Round
