Fair enough and I respect your reasoning. I understand that there are varying approaches to individuals rankings. I have a very fluid approach that bases each player on their own merit, I just don't see how a teams player development program (one that has not even really started with the organization), should be a significant factor in this endeavor. Each to their own.

Edit: I do not like being quoted by Textcritic. I have technically reviewed thousands of reports and hate to make simple mistakes.
