Keith's cap hit is only about $5M for 3 years, salary much lower. A Keith at half cap would be desired by many teams trying to win the Cup.

I don't see Kieth waiving his NMC to leave CHI. After 19 yrs & 3 cups I think he'll stay and mentor the young guys for a couple of years. It'll be a lifestyle issue, not a winning the SC issue with him.


Toews & Kane are still pretty young. Last year was not their worst, career wise (whereas Kieth's last year was his worst). There is a lot of value in those guys, even without retaining any salary.
