Keith's cap hit is only about $5M for 3 years, salary much lower. A Keith at half cap would be desired by many teams trying to win the Cup.

Totally agree. Keith is overpaid at this point, although it was a sweetheart of a deal when it was signed. But he is still a good player. I don't think he is finished at this point. For a cap hit of $3 million or less, I would have no problem throwing the dice.
I believe he is a pretty respected leader as well and always seems to be fit.
