A quarter inch of snow doesn't last on the roads regardless of the temperature. It'll either blow away or melt from the cars going over it.

Nope not in prison........it would be kinda hard to drive my truck around and comment on the state of the local roads from inside.......it doesnt matter why I am here....bottom line is I am, I have made a commitment and have to stay for a while......and I will bitch and moan the entire time.
