I guess I'm not following your reasoning there, MYK. Why wouldn't you pay the same? In my mind square footage of your dwelling has little to do with how much each person should pay for snow removal.

If you are thinking that because you don't own a car, then one might argue that you do use other services that rely on roads. Pizza delivery, mail delivery, Transit, etc. I would also be able to argue that my neighbours with their 2 teenage kids and their 4 cars use the roads more than me and my one car, but I'm not willing to split that hair as I know trying to break it down to that level will add an extra layer of bureaucracy that would make the system un-workable.

And if that wasn't your reasoning, I appologize in advance.
