This is the exact same story with the exact same people peddling it to the same tabloid level publications. It was proven to be crap when Solomon tried to peddle this through
The Hill, and its just as much crap now. Hey, if a lie gets told enough times, regardless of the proof to the counter, the lie will be accepted by the intellectually lazy and ignorant as if it were factual, just because they have heard it from multiple sources.
