Now I don't put it past Stormfront lying, or distorting the truth.
But it is odd to tell Homelander that Ryan is the first superhero to successfully reproduce, only to then say 'I was the first successful V injection, and then had a daughter'.
Stormfront is a manipulative beyotch, and it could just be her manipulating Homelander, but I'm surprised others (eg: YouTube review channels) haven't picked up on this.

It could also mean that not all children get superpowers. Just like when people take V sometimes nothing happens, and perhaps the nothing outcome is far more common in childbirth.
It would also explain why Stormfront is so interested Ryan. If it was common for children if Supes to get powers, surely Vought would have already set up a breeding program. Breeding Supes with different powers, the way people breed dogs.
