I gotta back up Crown here. I think a big part of Aliu sharing his story (and other players coming forward) is that it is pretty clear a lot of these "problem players" or players with issues are non-white and they get labelled this way when they aren't willing to just fall in line (meaning be subject to hazing, abuse, racial epithets, unequal treatment...).
