I think Mangiapane will get around $3 MM. Another part of me thinks he might actually get traded in the next little while.

Gaudreau + Mangiapane for Konecny + Frost
Backlund for 5th Round Pick
Ryan for 7th Round Pick

Sign Dell, Hall, Namestnikov (cheap), Athanasiou (cheap)

That should be enough of a jolt to the forward group and gets rid of some unnecessary contracts.
