In my fantasy hockey World, Cernak at $4.3 x 5 for a second-round pick, or Pulock at $6.5 x 5 for a first-round pick and a third-round pick, would be offer sheets representing superb value for a coveted right-shot defenceman while concurrently being absolutely toxic for the respective teams, but I think given the Covid/flat cap situation an offer sheet would result in indefinite league-wide black listing. If a GM decides to go rogue, though, oh boy would things get heated.
