Money isn't the issue. Someone on the Athletic was saying he has a source saying that the Canucks are offering a lucrative 7 year deal. The hold up continues to be the lack of a NMC year one.

I realize this is getting off-topic, but has Juolevi finally started to look like a good bet? Not trolling, genuinely curious since I don't really follow Canucks prospects.
