What? The Canucks purposefully gave up a lot of shots because Markstrom likes facing lots of shots? Then they continued with this strategy even after Markstrom was injured? Which presumably had something to do with facing a massive amount of shots every single game?
Are you sure they didn't just get outplayed and didn't possess the puck as much as the other team?
