Hmm, so Vegas sends a 1st to Carolina to retain 50% while the acquiring team send a 2nd to Carolina for MAF at 50%. Carolina earns a 1st and a 2nd for eating $3.5M on their cap for two years...that's pretty smart. It all undoubtedly depends on if Vegas is willing to up their sweetener from a 2nd to a 1st.
