Well I have 131.5M XP so can speak to that a little bit.
Friend XP is obviously the easiest in the game. You want to save up a bunch of ultra or best friend interactions and do them all at the same time on a lucky egg - usually at the beginning of a community day. Bonus if the Community Day is also featuring 3x xp for catches.
Ultra friends on a lucky egg are 100k while best friends are 200k.
If you manage to line up even, say, 15 best friends on a lucky egg that’s 3M xp which is the jump from level 38 to 39. The most I’ve ever done on one lucky egg is 4.3 million.
Another way to get it up there fast is to play efficiently during 3x xp spotlight hours - pop a lucky egg right at the beginning and catch everything in sight. If you’ve got large candy hoards for some things, evolve them all near the end of the hour while still on a lucky egg and then transfer them.
Wednesday 6:00 raid hours are good too. If you go hard you can get 10 raids in during the hour and on a lucky egg that’s 200,000 xp. Mix a couple friend interactions in there and you’re golden.
