Hm, without the version # you won't want to flash the BIOS.. if you use the wrong one it could make the board unusuable (ie it probably wouldn't boot at all).
On either of those links there's a Utility menu, and in there there's a link to the @BIOS utility, download that and install it, that's what will be used to update the BIOS.

Hm, to find the revision level try this software:
http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php
Download that and run it, under the mainboard tab beside Model there's a field which might tell us the revision level.
Until you know for sure the rev level of the motherboard, don't flash the BIOS. You may end up with a paperweight.
